We took the kids to Corpus Christi this summer for their first real beach vacation. They LOVED it! Luckily we went with a bunch of Bryan's family and some close friends, so we had lots of help with our crew.
I was able to coax everyone into dressing up one afternoon for family pics.
Bryan's Aunt Regina took some great shots for us and Uncle Mike helped make them even better with his mad PhotoShop skills! Thanks guys!!
Collins tends to be a little stingy with smiles when cameras are around. These were pretty much the only shots she smiled in while we were taking pics, but they're SO cute!
Collins: "You want me to sit here and smile?!?!? Yeah right!!"
Collins: "I'm outta here!"
Nana & Pop with their grandbabies. LOVE!!
A kiss for Pop
Our growing McCaskill clan
The best shot on the beach - it was windy that day!
Mike & Laura - great pic!!
Awww.....!!!
Miller & Aunt Megan - love the wind blowing Megan's hair!
First day on the beach - it's a hit! They all loved it!!
Sitting with Daddy to experience the ocean waves
Casen jumped right!
Lainey testing the waters
McCaskill twins hitting the beach together - Casen, Collins, Emma, & Ella
Case normally doesn't like to get "messy", but he was having too much fun to worry about a little dirt at the beach :)
I love how the sun hits Collins' face in this pic
Casen and Charlotte wading out together.
Aunt Lindsey and Casen
Both of the kids loved wading out into the waves - they only asked to be picked up once the water came close to their waists.

She LOVED the shovels and got into several fights with her cousins because she didn't want to let them go.

Wow! That's a giant shovel!
Favorite beach hobby #1: Building doodle castles
Sam, Ella, Kierstin, & Regina
Favorite beach hobby #2: Demolishing doodle castles
Casen, Sam, Charlotte, Emma, Collins, Ella, & Regina
Casen is pretty good at demolishing any type of sand castle ;)
Favorite beach hobby #3: Getting buried in the sand
Emma was still for the longest time and let everyone pile sand on her - so funny!

Then to the more traditional "sit in a hole and get buried" method.
Miller wasn't quite sure what to think...
but I just love her cute little toes sticking out of the sand!
Collins thought getting buried in the sand was funny...
until she realized that she couldn't get out on her own... HELP!!
Miller snoozing with Nana on the beach.
Nana & Pop hanging in the shade with Miller.
My 3 little beach bums
Vivi girl
Casen is very sweet with his "baby Miller".
After playing on the beach, we came back to the condo and swam. The kids LOVED jumping off the side of the pool! Their puddle jumpers worked fabulously to help keep them safe in the water!
One of the souvenir shops in town built this giant shark over their entrance - pretty cool!
Collins rockin' her brother's fedora ;)
We took one day to go to the aquarium and got to see the dolphin show.
The aquarium also had a splash park on site - the kids LOVED it!!
Casen manning a water gun.
This is literally one of the only pics we got of Collins at the splash park. She was like a ping-pong ball... from one thing to the next in seconds!
Collins and Nana riding the sea turtle.
Collins and Aunt Lindsey.
Miller loved the splash park, too!
So funny - these 2 random little girls came up and wanted to take a picture with Miller on the sea turtle. So cute!
Excavating in the fossil sandbox.
This is one sleepy little man!
We took the kids to Sea World for the first time this year.
Fun, yet exhausting for all!!
